How we handle it

Three surfaces, one source

• The room screen, the stream and the mobile caption view all render the same caption data, with any difference in delay kept below the threshold anyone notices
• Remote speakers go through the same pipeline, so the room sees their translated words live

Wired into the meeting platform

• Audio can be taken from Zoom, Teams, Tencent Meeting, Lark and other major platforms
• Captions can appear as an independent overlay or be pushed into the platform's own caption channel

One delivery

• Whether a contribution came from the room or from a remote participant, it lands in the same transcript, organized by speaker and timecode
• Online Q&A is captured in full alongside everything else
