Product Launch

Product launches

On a launch stage the caption is part of the brand. Typography, motion and latency all have to survive being photographed and streamed.

Today, we are redefining what real-time means.今天,我们重新定义“实时”。

The caption is part of the brand

Every frame of a launch is photographed, clipped and shared. A caption is no longer just a comprehension aid — it sits on the main screen, and its typeface, size, position and entrance all read as brand design.

How we handle it

Aligned with the brand

  • Caption styling is built to match the event's key visual: typeface, color, safe area, entrance and exit motion
  • We work with the staging and vision-mixing teams to agree where captions land on the main screen, in the stream, and in press camera framing
  • Several styling options are produced and compared on the actual screen during rehearsal

On-site stability above all

  • Audio is taken directly from the mixing desk rather than an ambient microphone, so music and applause never interfere
  • Redundant hardware runs hot standby, with switchover in seconds
  • If the network drops, a local engine takes over and captioning continues

Streaming and reach

  • The captioned stream can be pushed straight to WeChat Channels, Douyin, Bilibili or an internal platform
  • Full transcripts and bilingual copy land within 30 minutes of the close, so press material does not wait for the next morning

Typical events

Product launches, strategy announcements, brand anniversaries, investor briefings.
