Global Training

Global training programs

One instructor, one language — participants follow in theirs. The transcript afterwards becomes the course material.

What is different about training

Training is not a one-off event — it is a reusable knowledge asset. The instructor finishes and leaves, but participants need to review, need material, and need it in more than one language.

Training also runs long: several hours a day, often across several days. That places a far higher demand on stability than a two-hour conference does.

How we handle it

One session, many languages

  • The instructor teaches in their own language; each participant picks the language they need on their own device
  • Over 30 language directions including Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, Spanish and French, with several delivered in parallel in the same session
  • Participants scan a code to open the caption view — nothing to install

Built for long sessions

  • Resource scheduling and automatic reconnection are designed for continuous operation, avoiding the memory and connection problems that surface in long-running sessions
  • Speaker changes and microphone handovers are followed automatically, with no operator intervention

Material that outlives the session

  • The transcript is segmented by chapter and converts directly into course notes
  • Translated versions serve regional teams
  • Summaries work as course recaps and assessment references

Typical events

Internal training at multinationals, product certification courses, distributor training, academic workshops.
